Abstracts are invited from all researchers, clinicians, and professionals involved in cancer research and treatment. Both original research and case studies are welcome.

The deadline for abstract submission is Jult 22, 2024. No late submissions will be accepted.

Abstracts must be submitted online through the stripe conference website. You will need to create an account on the submission portal and follow the instructions provided.

Yes, you can submit multiple abstracts. Each abstract must be submitted separately.

Abstracts must be no longer than 300 words and structured into four sections: Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions. The title should be no more than 20 words.
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once your abstract has been successfully submitted.
All abstracts undergo a peer-review process by the Conference Scientific Committee. They are evaluated based on originality, significance, and clarity. Accepted abstracts will be selected for either oral or poster presentations.
Notifications of acceptance will be sent out by June 14, 2024.
Accepted abstracts can be presented as either oral presentations or poster presentations. Oral presentations are 15 minutes long, including Q&A. Posters should be 36 inches x 48 inches in size.
Yes, outstanding abstracts will be recognized with awards in the following categories: Best Oral Presentation, Best Poster Presentation, and Young Investigator Award.
